To my beloved family members: dad, mum and my brothers, sisters and my dearest friends. I may have died but take heart because spiritually am still with you and one day we shall meet in heaven. My sincere thanks goes to you for all the support you gave me during my entire lifetime especially when I was bed ridden in hospital. For you mum and dad, I celebrate you for the wonderful life you gave me, the encouragements and the gift of education which ensured my dreams in life were accomplished. One thing you should understand is that, the journey of a human being is a struggle that is ongoing with the perpetual perishes in life. Since individuals are relational simultaneously and are creatures that are finite, we therefore lose people inevitably and other significant things that we are attached to. It has been written that, there is no love without any loss (Anderson 127). In addition to that, whenever there is a loss, there is always grief and if you don’t limit your various attachments for the reasons of reducing grief, you risk fleeing from the life’s fullness and consequently shunning away from the pain of loss. You should understand that you can only find life by learning to let it go. Let my death not interfere with you lives because everything in this world has a beginning and end as we are born one day and later in life we must die and that is a routine. However, grief will not only shape your lives , but it will also act as a teacher of your spiritual wisdom as it will remind you that, human beings in general have limits and will also deepen your awareness that we are vulnerable creatures(Viorst 17). I urge you to be happy for the sake of your well being. Even though you are facing some distress ensure that you are cheerful most of the time though deeper in you, you might be experiencing unfavorable emotional conditions (Haybron 28). As a matter of fact, happiness in an individual life needs to be natured, so take a step and do that. You can achieve this by surrounding yourselves with people who are happy since when you are in the company of happy people you will also be happy definitely as it is infectious. Don’t allow yourselves to wallow in self pity. Put your trust in the lord and he will give you the energy to move on and forget the painful past in your lives. He is our father and will always respond to our pains and suffering.
My last words of encouragement: If only you can learn from your suffering and subsequently understand the great lessons you were taught by its occurrence, then you are in better position to support someone else who may be going through the phase you have just accomplished. Maintain hope among yourselves as it is a thing with feathers that perches in an individual soul and sing the melody in absence of the words and never seizes. There is nothing strong in this world as gentleness and nothing can be termed gentle as the strength that is real. Always be ready for any misfortunes as they are inevitable in life and they keep on coming. Be always strong and comfort yourself by understanding that all this grieving shall come to pass and prepare to face a new bright day. Thanks I love you all.
